How we use whipped cream

My husband has been eating a diet low in carbohydrates for awhile now—less bread, rice, and sugar, and more meat, eggs, nuts, and avocados—and he stumbled upon a way to satisfy his sweet tooth: whipped cream from a spray can. There is even a chocolate version that can be found around the holidays that tastes like a Wendy’s Frosty:

The amount of carbs, calories, and sugar are surprisingly low, and I’ve taken to eating it too. It’s oddly filling and keeps me from eating too much after a meal, when for some reason, I often want a little something else (yogurt, clif kids bar, graham crackers and chocolate chips, etc.).

The only downside is the obvious noise it makes when you squirt it into your open mouth while standing in front of the fridge: howwwwwwwrrrrff! Then everyone knows what you’re doing and wants some too.
